We would like to thank you for your continuous support to showcase “Brand India” and seek your joint participation in upcoming Medical Fair India 2025, India’s No.1 trade fair for hospitals, health centers and clinics, scheduled to be held from 27 - 29 March 2025, Hall 4 & 5, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India.

1- Messe Dusseldorf India has allocated 540 sqm for AiMeD Members to form an “AiMeD - Make in India Pavilion” with a discounted Price of Rs.9800 per sqm + 4500 registration fee + 18% GST.

 

AIMED would like to invite all our members to participate at Medical Fair India under the umbrella of ‘Make In India Pavilion’, to have more visibility and exposure for Indian OEM’s to jointly built Brand India at this international platform or in the adjoining Raw Space area reserved for AiMeD Members.

 

AiMeD Pavilion booths:

 

1. 27 sqm, 2 sides open : 1 vacant (H-07)
2. 18 sqm, 3 sides open : 2 vacant (F-24 and G-23)
3. 15 sqm, 2 sides open : 2 vacant (G-13 and G-14)
4. 12 sqm, 2 sides open : 2 vacant (F-20 and G-20)
5. 12sqm, 1 side open : 1 vacant (G-06)
6. 9 sqm, 2 sides open : 5 vacant (F-28, F-30, G-25, G-31 and H-31)
7. 9 sqm, 1 side open : 15 vacant (F-14, F-16, F-36, G-07, G-15, G-16, G-17, G-18, G-35, G-36, G-37, H-17, H-19, H-35, and H-37)

AiMeD Built Up Pavilion has @ discounted rate of Rs. 9800 per sqm, compared to Shell Scheme standard rate of Rs. 11000 per sqm – (Total area of 540 Sqm) and Superior construction materials

Deliverables AIMED Pavilion (Package Shell Scheme):

·         Aimed Pavilion @ prime location at the front of Hall no. 1. Installed front maxima system structure with branding of “Make in India” & “AiMeD” over and above the standard height of the structure/booths.

·         Per 9 sqm Deliverables–   1 Table, 3 Leather Chairs, 3 Spot Lights, 1 Lockable Information Counter, 1 Power Socket, 1 Waste Bin, Fascia Name Board, 9 sqm Needle Punch Carpet.

·         10% discount on additional orders which includes furniture and electrical equipment.

·         Surcharge will be applicable on onsite orders.

Note: Construction / booth fabrication is not allowed in “Aimed – Make in India Pavilion”. It can be considered only in adjoining Raw Space booking (minimum 24 sqm in booking)

 

2- Apart from AiMeD - Make in India Pavilion, Messe Dusseldorf India has also reserved additional space of 565 Sqm for AiMeD Members interested to take bare/ raw space next to the AiMeD Pavilion.

 

Please note minimum criteria for bare/raw space is 24 Sqm @ 9,000/- per sqm (10% discount for AiMeD Members) compared to Standard Rate of 10,000/- per sqm for Non AiMeD participants. To opt for the same, kindly share requirement over email for further booking process as it will be offered as per availability of booths on first come first basis by the organiser.

 

Additional Discount for bare/raw space Is as follows :

 

1. 15 % Discount from 25 - 50 sqm on above participation fee
2. 20 % Discount above 50 sqm on above participation fee

 

 Space application form submission / sharing space requirement over email deadline is 30th September 2024, post that layout will be open for all and the booth allocation will be done on first come first basis as per layout guidelines.
