We would like to thank you for your continuous efforts to showcase “Brand India” collectively with AiMeD other Select Members and seek your joint participation in upcoming Medical Fair India 2024 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, India to build on the success of last Exhibition held in New Delhi this year.

 

 

Medical Fair India is India’s No.1 trade fair for hospitals, health centers and clinics. The recent edition in 2023 New Delhi, MFI attracted 450 exhibitors from 17 countries and 17,943 visitors from diverse vertical of healthcare industry, both, domestic and international and participating Exhibitors were by and large happy with the successful Exhibition.

The 29th edition of Medical Fair India (MFI) is scheduled to be held from 13th to 15th March 2024 in Hall number 1, Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai,  The show is being organized by Messe Dusseldorf India Pvt. Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of Messe Dusseldorf GmbH.  https://www.medicalfair-india.com/

A) Messe Dusseldorf India has allocated 540 sqm for AiMeD Members to form an “AiMeD - Make in India Pavilion” with a discounted Price of Rs.9800 per sqm + 4500 registration fee + 18% GST.  (In case of corner booth – surcharge will be applicable extra as per below participation fee table).

 

B) Apart from AiMeD - Make in India Pavilion- shell space, Messe Dusseldorf India has also reserved additional space of 180+ 180 = Total 360 Sqm next to the AiMed Pavilion as AiMeD Zone for AiMeD Members interested to take bare/ raw space to build Custom Design Brand India Booths. – Deadline – 30th September – post that layout location will be open.

 

The Rate for Shell Space for the above is Rs. 11,000 per sqm and Raw Space is Rs. 10,000 per sqm (other than AiMeD Make in India Pavilion)

 

Please note minimum criteria for bare/raw space is 24 Sqm, to opt for the same kindly share your requirement over email for further booking process as it will be offered as per availability of booths on first come first basis by the organiser - Messe Dusseldorf India.

 

AiMeD would like to invite all our members to participate at Medical Fair India under the umbrella of ‘Make In India Pavilion’, to have more visibility and exposure for Indian OEM’s to jointly built Brand India at this international platform.

 

AiMeD Built Up Pavilion (Total area of 540 Sqm) @ discounted rate of Rs. 9800 per sqm, compared to Shell Scheme standard rate of Rs. 11000 per sqm

Deliverables AIMED Make in India  Pavilion (Package Shell Scheme):

·         AiMeD Pavilion @ prime location at the front of Hall no. 1. Installed front maxima system structure with branding of “Make in India” & “AiMeD” over and above the standard height of the structure/booths.

·         Per 9 sqm Deliverables–   1 Table, 3 Leather Chairs, 3 Spot Lights, 1 Lockable Information Counter, 1 Power Socket, 1 Waste Bin, Fascia Name Board, 9 sqm Needle Punch Carpet.

·         10% discount on additional orders which includes furniture and electrical equipment.

·         Surcharge will be applicable on onsite orders.

Note: Construction / booth fabrication is not allowed in AiMed – Make in India Pavilion

Exhibition of Medical Devices Not Made in India is not allowed in AiMeD Make in India Pavilion

2. 30 sqm, 3 sides open : 1 vacant (H-32)
3. 27 sqm, 2 sides open: 2 blocked (G-18 & G-40)
4. 18 sqm, 2 sides open : 4 vacant (G-30, G-32, H-18 & H-19)
5. 16 sqm, 2 sides open : 2 vacant (I-19 & I-29) – 18sqm less 2 sqm pillar
6. 15sqm, 2 sides open : 1 vacant (H-31)
7. 12 sqm, 2 sides open : 2 vacant (H-40 & H-41)
8. 10 sqm, 2 sides open : 1 vacant (I-41) - 12sqm less 2 sqm pillar
9. 9 sqm, 2 sides open : 2 vacant (H-28 & H-29)

Participation procedure will be as follows:

Step1 - Share your space requirement mentioning raw or shell.

Step 2 – Send us the duly filled editable form along with the space requirement – minimum and maximum area

Step 3 – Upon receipt of the space application form, we shall allocate you the location in the month of July- end, 2023

 (Space application form submission deadline –  31st July 2023)

Step 4 – Post the above deadline the booth allocation will be done on first come first serve basis as per the application received.

Step 5 - Post space allocation from organiser, a company has to send us the duly filled, singed and stamped application form mentioning the allotted booth number as confirmed by Medical Fair India team along with an advance of 50% in favour of their participation to confirm the location.

Step 6 – Rest full and final balance payment of 50% has to be done on or before 31st December 2023.

* Space application form submission deadline – 31st July, 2023, post that layout will be open for all and the booth allocation will be done on first come first basis as per layout guidelines.
